Position: 

Maintenance Assistant                   Starting Wage $13.67 per hour / $28,429.76 per year

Accounting Associate I                   Starting Wage $14.74 per hour / $30,662.61 per year

Office Associate                                 Starting Wage $11.75 – $12.67 per hour dependent on experience & knowledge

Property Manager I                         Starting Wage is $13.67 and increases to $13.67 after six months

Resident Care Assistant                Starting Wage $11.90 per hour for Part Time 16 hours per week 4:00 – 12:00 shift and

required to be or become Maryland Medication  Technician certified

Employee Wages:  The Cumberland Housing Group offers has a competitive wage scale which is an average of the City and County Government wages for comparable positions and dependent upon the applicant’s skill level and work history.
