A full Job Description for each position is available by clicking on the position title above.  In addition to the Job Description for the position, applicants must have good verifiable work experience over a continuous period of time in the skill areas listed.  Individual must be self-motivated, capable of producing quality work, completing work in minimal time and must have the ability to interact with the public in a positive style.  Applicants must have a history of good attendance, attitude, work ethics and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.  A valid driver’s license with a record acceptable by our insurance company is required.  All employees are required to have a home or cell phone.

The Cumberland Housing Group offers has a competitive wage scale which is an average of the City and County Government wages for comparable positions and dependent upon the applicant’s skill level and work history.
